You could be based out of the Headquarter in Grimstad or in the new office in Oslo.
Looking for the following Outcomes
- Understand the context of Bliksund – Industry, Product, Customer
- Messaging architecture that is full funnel - created in cooperation between marketing, sales, customer success and product
- Create a global modern digital marketing leads engine
- Work closely with Sales within CRM and projects etc.
- Lead a webinar strategy as a means to generate leads in a predictable way
- Build, develop and retain the best possible marketing team internal and external to support Bliksund’s growth
- Work with Bliksund’s brand and communication strategy, together with partners, suppliers and subsidiaries
- Have a solid ABM, Social, PR and Marketing Automation strategy
- Develop the lead generation engine even further and make Marketing a revenue generating function

Desired skills and experience
- Extensive experience and excellent hands-on track-record in the field of modern digital marketing such as inbound marketing, ABM, marketing automation and social marketing with primary focus on content and messaging strategy
- Fully fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written. Other languages considered an advantage.
- Leaderships skills/ambition
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience from cooperating with B2B complex sales department
- True international experience
- Work permit for Norway
- Pragmatic and proactive
- Integrity and strong ethics
