The position
Full responsibility for marketing function. Take Trapets to the next level in marketing and communications by building a modern digital B2B marketing leads machine, be responsible for branding and drive the work of setting a new company positioning and in cooperation with the sales organization create a winning marketing and sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for all marketing activities, communications and PR and the team
• Lead, organize, develop and manage the marketing/PR activities
• Build and maintain a modern digital marketing leads engine
• Work with Trapets’ brand and communication strategy, together with partners, suppliers and subsidiaries
• Set the marketing strategy
• Find, measure and optimize relevant Marketing KPIs
• Be responsible for the marketing budget
• Be an active part of the management team
• Create a culture in the new organization that attracts and retains skilled marketeers and sales executives
• Responsible for marketing tools to ensure state of the art digital marketing machinery
• Hands-on activities to drive leads and deals towards closing

Desired skills and experience

• Extensive experience and excellent hands-on track-record in the field of modern digital marketing such as ABM, marketing automation and social media marketing
• Proven experience as a successful and appreciated leader
• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B digital marketing
• Experience from cooperating with complex B2B sales departments
• Fully fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written
• Pragmatic and proactive
• Integrity and strong ethics
